1. No Refund Policy
Due to the nature of our services, we do not offer refunds once an order has been placed and work has commenced. This applies to all our service categories including but not limited to:
2D to 3D Conversion
3D to 2D Drafting
Concept Design
CNC Programming
Cost Estimation Services
We encourage all clients to review project requirements and request clarifications prior to payment to ensure expectations are fully aligned.
2. Rework / Revisions
We understand the importance of accuracy in engineering deliverables. In cases where the delivered service does not match the scope agreed upon, we offer rework at no additional cost, subject to the following conditions:
The request for rework must be made within 7 days of project delivery.
The original scope of work must not have changed.
Sufficient details and proof must be provided to justify the rework.
Rework requests that arise due to a change in scope or new inputs will be treated as a new order and billed accordingly.
3. Order Cancellation
Once an order has been confirmed and work has started, cancellation is not permitted. If cancellation is requested before work begins, a partial processing fee may be deducted from the refund (if allowed on a case-by-case basis).
Once approved, refunds will be credited to your original payment method within 7–10 business days
